Well Brian and I have had an eventful summer. Here is a pic from our Lake House in Ohio. We have been up there several times and heading back again next month. Yes, its beautiful Lake Erie! :) It has been a HOT summer in NC and a great summer of non stop cook outs, family gatherings, friends visiting, and working on the house. I swear it is endless. We both THANK GOD everyday for the amazing life we have and for the jobs, food, clothing, cars, and most of all our health. If you have these things you have it all in our opinion. We are so grateful. We hope everyone is having a great summer and gearing up for this Fall. Remember to appreciate what you have and make the best of what you can. Its a great feeling to always be happy!
Total change of subject. WE encourage everyone to educate themselves on the Health Care Bill the President/Government is trying to pass. We have been visiting town hall meetings and had our eyes opened to some of the crazy ideas that were in this bill. This is not about being Republican or Democrat , its about doing whats right for our future, our kids future, and our parents future. Honestly, we are disgusted with Governments ideas. We have NO problem saying it. So we ask you all to join us and stand up for what is right, here are a couple of examples of what is written in the bill:
Page 354 Sec 1177 Government will RESTRICT enrollment of Special needs people!
Page 427 Lines 15-24 Government provides approved list of end of life resources, guiding you in death. (assisted suicide)
Page 59 lines 21-24 Government will have direct access to our bank accounts for elective funds transfer.
MY favorite: ARE U KIDDING ?
Page 430 Lines 11-15 The Government will decide what level of treatment you will have at end of life!
Trust us, it goes on and on. This bill is over 1,500 pages long!
