Busting BUTT

Well did some fishing last week and went to Boston for the weekend to do some promo's with Cape Cod Nutrition , they were awesome. I can't wait to go back. Brian and I are constantly making new friends and enjoying our travels. We are blessed. This week we are working on the www.GetPhatPromotions.com All Women's Weekend for July 18th, trying to get things set up, tickets sold, and get organized. We are so excited for this!

Friday we are off to the BEACH with 30 family members for our summer vacation. It will be interesting but a blast. We can not wait. I will take lots of pics and share them with you.

Another exciting thing we just found out is PGN Nutrition is nominated for new brand of the year from www.bodybuilding.com , This is a huge honor and we are so excited. We hope we win. Everyone have a great week and will be back with some pics real soon. OFF to work!

Happy Bday Jaxon!

This past week, my youngest brother visited with his wife and 3 kids. The boys got together in the kitchen and made home made ice cream. Jaxon (blue shirt) turned 5. Brian and I got to celebrate his big day with him. MY nephew on the left, Riley is quite the entertainer. LOL, he makes me laugh. We had a blast swimming, eating, laying out, and visiting with family.

8 years and going strong

Well last weekend we celebrated 8 years married and 12 years together. We are so incredibly blessed for so many wonderful reasons. The biggest blessing is that we have our health. We have each other and we have a comfortable life. God is oh so good! We spent time with family, each other, and doing our favorite hobby: FISHING. Oh ya from lake to lake, we love fishing. We had time to do some work and then see our friends from Columbus, whom we dearly miss. Our parents are going strong and doing well. We just want you all to know that if you are happy and healthy, then you are RICH! Life is not about money, fancy cars, and huge houses. Life is about having a friend you can spend your life with enjoying the simple things like fishing, giggling, and walks on the beach. Oh how I love Brian and love my simple yet at times complicated life! LIVE WeLL!

Sorry so long!

Sorry to everyone, it has been way to long. I have made a note to NOT go so long next time. Brian and I are so wonderful. WE are so grateful each day to God for the life we have. It brings us to tears sometimes. Wow! We are traveling, working, launching new ideas, and so on and so on. We are heading to Ohio at the end of the month to celebrate 8 years of marriage with our family and friends. Fishing with Dad, and some dears with our other dad's! We can't wait.

We hope everyone is wonderful. NC is beautiful right now. We have had much needed rain and the lawn looks great. Once again we are blessed. Thanks for your support and prayers, hope everyone is well. We love you. JEN and BK

Holy Arnold CLASSIC,,, I did it!

First of all, I did it. I won the 2nd Arnold Classic and not only did I win, but I won every round. There are 4 rounds to the show and I won each round. That was as good as that first place throphy. I honestly could not have done this and been so successful without the love and support of all my family, friends, fans, my sweet Brian, my friend Mike, and and so many more of you. Arnold #10 here we come!

Well, we are leaving early in the A.M for Ohio. My favorite place with my favorite people. I have to tell you as I did before it can't get here soon enough. I was ready to Rock a week ago. Lots of stuff going on. GREAT and not so good. BUT the GREAT is GREAT, oh I just can't tell ya! The not so great, well its all about the Haters! I love em. The more people ruffle my feathers the more it motivates me. Don't people EVER learn. GEEZ!

I hope to see you all in Columbus, Ohio. It will be cold but it will be fun. So looking forward to it and knowing the light is around the corner is a great feeling. THANK YOU for all the support, emails, cards (wow) and mostly the love. This one is for all of you, who do love and don't hate. God bless you and know that KARMA is a ^&^%$%^&*&. So keep on lovin!

10 days and counting

CAN I JUST TELL YOU ALL: This Arnold Classic can NOT get here soon enough. I am ready to eat and enjoy some time with Brian! GEEZ the sacrifices we have to make for this stuff is crazy. Thank GOD he is a good man with lots of patience and dedication to our marriage and the sport. HE is my angel.

This is my other angel John, one of my brothers. He calls me about every day checking on me and asking about my prep etc... He is a great friend, brother, and support for me. Can't wait to give him a big hug!

We hope everyone is doing good. Honestly, our life is a HUGE blessing, we have so many great things going, PGN Nutrition is doing really well, Phat Camp is rocking for this Spring, and GPO is well, lets just say WOW! WE are blessed! WE are ready for next week in Cbus.
